Air Travel and Transportation:

Our favorite way to travel to Lake Tahoe is definately by Rover. If by chance you can't convieniently drive to Lake Tahoe you can always fly. If you are planning on staying in North Lake Tahoe, the closest airport to arrive in is the Reno Tahoe International Airport. From Reno it takes about a 50 minute scenic drive, until you reach Tahoe City. When taking a trip to South Lake Tahoe, the closest airport would be the Lake Tahoe Airport ,which is conveniently in South Lake Tahoe!
